Ive taken kinetics as my secondary...

I dont really want to take a travel power as such, I was thinking teleport friend and self...

Or going fitness to boost the things in kinetics, I only really want it for the endurance thingimie.

I don't want to waste too many power slots on aux. power pools.

Can anyone drop me some advice here please

TP IS a travel power. And stamina is practically a must for any class but a mastermind.

Basicly, you'll probably need to use 2 extra pools: travel and stamina. That's it.

Just bear in mind that if you do go for Stamina (AKA that endurance thingimie ) you'll respec out of it as soon as you get transference

(Mind you that won't be til 38 because it's a secondary, but still...)

I'll wait then for that and not get fitness

I'd rather a build a villain from the ground up than do a respec.

Most corruptors use teleportation?

You probably wont be lucky w/o stamina. You wont be either in pvp when skipping stamina for transference, unless you want to wait for I7 and go to recluses victory.

If you don't put Stamina in, you may well fine you have to respec ASAP. I tried without on one of my Corruptors, and it made levelling a struggle. You'll probably level more quickly by building with Stamina, then respeccing out after 38. Anyway, I almost always find that no matter how much I try to build perfectly from the beginning, I end up respeccing in the 30s or so - just a matter of getting to know your powers, and see where you could improve things.

As far as Teleport, I wouldn't say most Corruptors use any one travel power. As Kin, if you really want, you can get away without a travel power since you have Siphon Speed and Inertial Reduction available, but again, it's a long wait before you get the latter, and with Siphon Speed, you're reduced to sprinting through high-level areas. Much like with Stamina, some people take a travel power, level, and then respec out of the travel power once it's a little more workable. TP will certainly work fine if you want it, though.

I have an Ice/Kin and I find that I actually need to respec twice.

To start with, I take a travel power (superspeed, becuase you want 3 recharge slotted hasten to combine with 3 recharge slotted siphon speed) and fitness. This will get you up to 27/28 just fine. At this point, I have enough slots in siphon speed and hasten to drop superspeed, although I still need hasten.

Next, I respec into inertial reduction (while retaining fitness) and drop superspeed. I personally would do this at 27, to help fund 30 SOs (and have no real travel power for one level, more effective with all SOs and no travel than the other way around). Only one power difference so no net gain on powers. It does give you vertical mobility and no supression, which you use in Siren's. If you plan on playing a lot in Siren's, you are going to have to keep the Fitness pool - I'm waiting on Recluse's victory before I make up my mind one way or the other.

Then, at 37, you respec again. This gets you lvl 40 SOs (although INF shouldn't be much of an issue) and enables you to drop fitness if you don't plan on PvPing a lot in Sirens. I'd suggest taking leadership as at this point you have a lot of must hit powers.

Kinetics defenders don't need to go through this as they get inertial reduction and transference much earlier on... but no scourge

It is absoultly 100% possible to play a /kin corruptor without stamina.

I've got a level 31 rad/kin without it, and it really isn't a problem most of the time. You need to realise that it is possible to start a fight on 50% endurance, and occasionaly switch from AoE mode to single target, but it really doesn't cause that much of an issue, and lets you get three interesting powers instead of the fitness pool.

Once you get speed boost, you can scrounge blues off the rest of the team, for those moments when you are running low in a major fight.

Don't feel pressured into the fitness pool, you don't need it if you are carfeul, just make sure you turn sprint off etc. As for movement powers....siphon speed is okay but lacks the stealth element of SS, needs a target & is a bit embaressing when you miss! Is really up to you at the end of the day, buy end reduction SO's and it's possible to last till L35 & transference.

Lots of advice here

For now I have worked fitness in. Swift/Health/Stamina by level 20.

Early stages I am thinking of hover/flight or teleportfriend/teleport self.

Im not confused, I just need to make a choice.

Question?

Hover&fly

Or Teleport friend and Teleport

Im in two minds over teleport useful at times but flight and hover might be nicer.
