Hi,
I dont suffer with end problems anymore, not sure if stamina has had that much of an effect though.
I do have big problems with my holds and the duration of the holds, and when they are held I hit so lightly that I dont tend to stand a chance on + level mobs.
I chose the trap as I thought it was cool but that blinded me to the fact that actally its a litte useless.
Mmm Carrion creepers, im not sure what they actually do they do appear to slot everything but not actually do anything, I read somewhere that they draw aggro but couldnt find anything else.
I think that someone who gets paid to work should take every opportunity to not work and wherever possible slack as much as they can get away with, that is what I intend to do for the rest of the evening.

OK here's v 2 of the build - I'm leaning towards SJ being the way forward though I know u really prefer to be a flier hun.... Basically this way you get nice Mezz Prot which I know I'm taking on my Dom - hate being held myself (but enough of my personal issues)

Oh Kitty and I reckon this is a good PVP and PVE build btw...
Very nice build, very close to how i have Cal now. Just noticed though that we neglected impale, probably your best ranged attack, so i'd take maybe one slot from acro (end or rec, your choice) and the end from seeds of confusion and give impale a recharge and an end redux. It's very hard planning a dominator as both primary and secondary need a lot of slots to be any good, and that means making sacrifices in other places 
Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, the epics for dominators look pretty good, so thats most of our 40-50 slots gone

Well this is what I'd go with - bear in mind I don't know much about DM but I've built this as a support MM - hence tictacs and vengeance - also made you a jumper (acro is my power of the day it seems)
Smoke Flash sounds lovely - make one of your pets crit for 10 seconds - yes please!

Hmmm, Vengeance AND Dark Servant...I've never rated either. I have DS now and never use him as I literally can't see the impact he has.
Mind you, he does debuff my frame rate considerably at times....is that what he's supposed to do?
I was seriously considering dropping him in favour of TP friend, just because I think i'd use the latter more.

Well I hate Dark Servant with a passion you can only imagine... so dropping him for tp sounds good to me... Vengeance is rather nice - obviously we never die (ahem) and annoyingly u can't cast it on a fallen pet... but the buff IS lovely... up to you of course 
Well I won't do anything as yet, cos I know Kitty has got up-close and personal with DM, so I'll be interested to see any follow-ups she makes to your post, even if they do berate us for holding TP in higher regard than crappy DS
Anyway, I've got an alt to get levelling before Lady logs on later.
BTW, that patrol mish in BB - it only let me do it 3 times. Now, whether or not this is 3 times ever, or a day, or just 3 times until I use my temp power I don't know, so I'll keep trying it out to see if i can get the measure of it.
However, even with that in place, if you multiply the number of real people in the SG by 3, then by the number of alts... you're still looking at a good prestige haul.
Basically if we get 10 people doing it 3 times, we're looking at nearly 8K prestige for under 20 minutes work.
Sounds worth it in my book.

Another tough build, the DM set is so nice it really wants as many slots as it can get, but then in a staminaless build (even on a MM) you do need liberal end slotting as running the toggles and throwing around heals and debuffs will be very very draining.
I can easily enough show you my slotting on kitty if you'd like, i think i've managed to balance the excellent debuffs from dark with the requirement of a corrupter to do damage first, but it is difficult.
At a quick glance i'd say i'd want dam res in shadowfall (the only AoE psi res power in the game) and yo ucould get by with fewer slots in fearsome stare and pet gaze (the latter is kinda optional for a MM).
Also drop fluffy!??! hmm....controversial, he is excellent with one acc 3 acc debuffs, but as you have so many pets i can see the logic in skipping it.
If i were to take vengeance i'd prolly leave it at 1 def and redistribute the slots. The buff is excellent as is, the rest is gravy.

I was going to buy a new computer, but it doesn't come with Windows XP.
Now, I'm not going to be using my old one after this (it's a HP 'Family' PC) but the XP on that came pre-installed and the setup disk needs to be created from the hard drive.
What are my odds of that setup disk only running on an HP?
Am I going to need to shell out an extra £80 for ANOTHER version of XP?
Or....(and I know someone that can do this for me) will there be any problems if I just take the hard drive out of the old PC and put it in the new one? Will that save me having to faff about?

Hope you finished the TF okay after i left. Got bored of waiting and was stuck at level 25 so couldnt do anything fun so i decided to do something non CoV related for a change =)
Tonight i need to grind off some debt, so if anyone has any arcs that need clearing then give me a yell =)
ok, plans for i7 release.
Step 1> Run to Bloody bay and secure gunner badge, should take 20 mins tops.
step 2> Collect exploration badges in RV and Grabdville, to secure two accolades. using hyper phase when needed ;p shouldnt take too long.
step 3> hit mayhem mission to secure exploration badge. Then beg borrow and steal mayhem missions of varying low levels to get all of the low level exploration badges. Time taken 2-3 hours depending on availability of alts/help
step 4> hit patron arc and commence grinding.
good plan no?

I'd say the chance of the setup working on a non-HP PC would be slim to non-existant - I know I tried to use one of the Dell disks from our office on a non-dell work PC and it wasn't having any of it.
Transferring the HDD will work fine - but you get a nice performance boost from a clean system - especially if you're moving from non-SATA to SATA.
Shelling out for windows - nasty business that but might be unavoidable to get the most out of that lovely new box.
TF went off without a hitch mate - we whipped through the last map in a very good time.
Your I7 plan is sound - now if it just comes out this weekend as I'm hoping I'll have a great week off next week...

I have no idea how close i am to the badge, but it cant be far off, as i have been burning off debt at an alarming rate. Did 330,000 that night we did the first half of the Tf =)

seriously, i know nothing about corrupters, so have no idea =)
Ok heres how i would do it (not many changes really, the core is all there), i'd try it with the 2 recarge in heals first and if you start to get end issues replace one with a second end. Also one tohit in both forge and aim takes your and your teammates acc to 120%, more than enough to hit anything, esp with all your other -def attacks. It's a very very nice build, i'm quite jealous at the shear number of slots you have to go around

Ok as i had a few mins i also knocked up a necro/dark build for you lady. It will be very powerful, the only thing i'd worry about it you will have basically no endurance recovery (it's like 0.3 eps) with all your many toggles on, but if you are careful not to spam powers and make sure to turn off all your toggles whilst summoning and waiting to recover end you could be ok.
If it isn't viable i think you could easily part with pet gaze, dark servant and recall friend to fit stamina in (all useful powers but liveable without).

well, I went to the dark side last night and went on test server. Got killed dead quick though

1) Any end problems...i notice you have stamina now (seem to remember a stamless build b4)...if so when does it drop? (i.e. mine is only when i use TK, damn endhog it is).
2) do you find your trap (snigger) adds significantly to your damage and/or control, or is it more an anti-agro thing?
3) do carrion creepers need acc? cant quite figure that power out, and the description is vague too (and it takes a hundred different types of enc).
4) Shouldn't someone who gets paid to work as i do be working right now instead of posting on a MMORPG forum? If so...how likely do we think that is to happen?
