As I'm a helpful chap at heart, here is the rough strokes of blindfaith's EM/Regen build - extremely effective in PvE and PvP (despite not having stealth 
).
Slotting is for a level 47 respec, but the number of slots and what to put in them are right, the order is a bit slap dash.
Revive and MOG are preference powers - worth trying if you haven't done /regen before, but you'll soon know if you like them or not - swappable for resiliance and stealth for PVP, should you be so inclined/don't want revive and MOG.
For levelling up, you'll want placate at 12 probably, build up at 8, AS at 6, and switch stamina later.

DVS has been very quiet lately. 
It has been very quiet.
ALthough, in fairness, CoV as a whole has been very quiet. I did a general search the other night at about 8pm, and there were only 224 people on the whole server.
I think it's the general lull before a new issue is due, although the main concern being that there is very little documented villain stuff in i8 so far, so that doesn't bode well.
It's not just DVS though, Kin ran an RSF the other day, which I was down for but couldn't make in the end - checking the forums it seems there were 5 no-shows, which is pretty shocking.
Even so, I'm not planning on cancelling any time soon.

Aye, i been logging in now and again and find im the only person on alot of the time.. well at least the only person not anon.
That said, i barely been on myself. With family wedding last weekend and going on holiday for two weeks this weekend really not had a chance to play. Hopefully when i get back it a bit more active 
In the interests of boosting sg activity i propose an SF. If anyone has one they want to do i'll be happy to exemp to do it as i'm sure others will. Any suggestions....?

Just a few things to mention really;
1) DVS was down to 1.5 mil the last time i checked.
2) DC had to pay the rent recently as it had gone without paying for about 5 weeks and the base had actually gone offline.
3) Whenever i log onto villains i am the only person on in the sg.
4) I hear that most if not all of our leaders have gone over to WoW...a goodbye or some kind of notice would have been nice, i know it's coming up to a new issue so people tend to reduce thier activity until it arrives but atm dvs is all but dead, and there are still some of us here. It definately seems that activity overall on both sides is dramatically down, moreso than i've seen it before even before a new issue. Hense now is the time to put in all efforts to keep the sg bouyant.
