ill join in but if it will be on test then i wont be able to join, a few technical difficulties which somehow cant be fixed.

oh and, to make it fair, why dont we have it on union, then all go to defiant to do it again with a different character? number 1, it would be fair to anyone on defiant who think they might get attacked if they come over here (
) and 2, it would be fair to anyone of union who hasnt got any room to make a new character.

Well villain stuff like fury is comparable to hero powers, however if villains join, you will have a stalker hide off which takes hours before you get a winner.

Bare with me, just sorting a few things out, then i'm posting on both server boards about it 
Bringing level 1 villains to the arena is no problem sulph dude.
My slots are full on union or I would join um. If it's on the Test server then I might come along anyway

Also, could it be hosted on zukunft/vigilance? That way I'd imagine all english speakers would have free slots for the L1 char.
As Bridger suggested, i am opening this to all servers, perhaps play-offs of a fashion, leading into 1 person from each server having a free for all on test server.
Forum title prizes have been confirmed.
Time to get the wheels in motion 
I like the Zunkuft/vigilance idea as it solves the slot prob as well as people having test difficulties prob. Arena invites indeed, or just not leveling up. Whatever happens I am so up for this! I know What I will be rolling to!
