You may not of done the actual arc, as maria gives all the AVs twice, So you could well of just done the non-arc missions. Check your old contacts and try again 
am pritty sure you only fight tryant once, at the End of the Pertioran Arc, and it's that mission that gives you the statesmans pal, if thats been done, then there is not reson why she shouldent have the badge.
only Portal Jocky Requires all the Pertioran AV's to be defeated.

But he saids he needs it for the portal jockey accolade, which you don't. it's every praetorian AV except Tyrant, Multidimensional mission badge and a history badge, which I forget. Authority maybe, but any badge guide will have it.

If i remember right, a few of the sites that list badges and accolades mistakenly have Tyrant listed for the accolade.
Its wierd, I've taken a couple of toons to Maria. 1 of them doesn't get any missions from her any more and never got to fight Tyrant. The other got onto the arc and got the statesmans pal badge 
It probably had something to do with arc limits on my mission list right enough
You'll only get the tyrant arc if you are currently not doing any arcs. In other words, clear out your clue list by finishing story arcs, then go talk to maria. Hope that helps.

you also need the Shrouded exploration badge (which comes from the Nightstar AV mission).

Right- Thanks. I have compeleted Maria's Arc and started Crimson's. I also did not get the mission... . Do I need to complete Crim's now then before she gives me the mission?
Somehow, don't know how as I did the whole arc I have missed this mission and badge. It is all I need for the portal badge, so if anyone has it please invite me to the team, will be so grateful.
