Mercy Island, Courtyard near the Fortunata. Where Mongoose used to be during early beta.
Good and open, and some passing trade. Easy for new characters to get to without too much peril.

i'd say villains have cooler places to hang out - as yet though they're all pretty high level places and not suitable.. nyeh ^_-
Whereas we heroes get cool places at -every- level!
I mean, Mercy Island is dull as dishwater, let's be honest!
Please don't start a debate on "what's more cool, Rogue Isles or Paragon City?", OK? Just pick a meeting point already!
