46 may well have him unlocked. It's complete all missions by Stephanie Peebles, Long Jack, Tobias Hansen, Lars Hansen. Doubt i can start it though and change to Kronos X. 
Manticore may be Thursday then. Will see how tonight goes and whether anyone else has Hess unlocked.
Arn't you too high-levelled for Peebles, Long Jack, ... they'll just send you along to the next one. So it wouldn't the entire Striga arc.

Well after the top work on the SS TF earlier tonight, I can now send in my blaster for this one too!

Others are available if urgently required but prefer to level this hero up first.
All being well, will run hess on Thursday(providing haven't outlevelled after Citadel). This should lead me nicely to 30 after which Katie Hannon TF (30-34) and Manticore (30-35)are on the cards.
