Cant one shot a controler but if I had enought enrages I could do it I think. But my AR/Dev is used to hunt stalkers keep em off the back of the team. Sharp Shot sucks at solo pvp but put him in a team and he performs very well as long range fire surport.

Naw... I'm afraid no Scrapper I play with has ever been one shotted by a Stalker. Close but no cigar.
Maybe you were one shotting Regens without Resilience, that small percentage goes a long way with a lot of damage...

Well Tianted Im very to sorry to say that I have done it. Im not sure about the builds of some of the regens but some of em have tacken 2 shots to bring down.
Also why do you find it so hard to belive that a stalker can one shot a controler its not like they have Uber Deff or Res now is it. I probarly could get close to you greek but then agian why go after a storm with tactics when there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
Yeah, you can one shot Defenders/Controllers/Blasters, but not well prepared ones.

let me explain you why u cant one shot a good controller. You wont prolly get close enough to one shot him,you prolly will be seen and then the spanking will commence, good controllers never stand still long enough for you to one shot,good controllers never allow you even when standing still for an AS.
I can turn off hurricane you still wont one shot me.at best take a hit before the spanking commences simple as that.
With hurricane on you can simply keep trying. As for the debuffs dont underestimate the amount of debuffs a controller can stack on you.
As for why go after me..well i am a controller and the discussion is about one shotting controllers. I am sure against Hobo controller who is not storm you still cant one shot him. Is pretty damn hard to AS a good controller cause simply controllers have the biggest bag of toys which are not so lethal but damn useful.
For the record i not say you lie i know controllers are squishies and all but a well played controller is too damn hard to be one shoted. They have the highest chance and ability to break your hide
Never managed to one shot any AT aside from controllers/defenders without using insp, can only one shot them using build up also, cant really see a way to one shotting a properly build regen. (That said I had a rogue 1200pt hit on Poss with impale the other night 
)
In my experience Targeting drone cant see through stacked hide and stealth (which all real pvp stalker have/will get) Its interesting to watch devices blasters playing an almost stalker way with cloaking device, I only got fooled onto those mines once
As I said there are 0 bad ATs in pvp, its just knowing how to use what you have to the best effect

well of course this is true and i not say is impossible.I just say that its not a rule that stalkers one shot controllers. There are a lot of "if" involved and if u come down to a point that you have to wait from a controller to make a mistake to one shot him then this means that by rule controllers are tough to get to with a stalker.
Does TD deffo see stealth etc? Does it work aswell/better than tactics? If true i didnt know this and i have the leadership pool on my Ice/Dev blaster. Hmm then do i drop it for something else.... means putting an extra acc slot in my attacks then. Hmmm decisions, decisions....

I dont think it does on its own, I know tactics alone cannot see through hide and stealth and cant imagine targeting drone being more powerful than this (coupled to the fact that I know a number of devices blasters who havent seen me )

Both Rocks blaster (sharp shot) and I have been in BB and shot through stealthed stalkers with just TD, I do have tactics to currently, but will probably respec that out. AM happy to meet any stalker who pleases to try in Warburg to test out the theory though....
Well as it is a secondary it should give better + perception than a Power Pool wich tactics is. Also I have no problems seeing stalkers in Bloody Bay and Sirens but gonna try it out tomorrow with doulos and see what range he can see me at.

I beg to differ. For me it is the rule to one shot controllers. Troller/Blaster/Defenders are by far the easiest to take out. The only 2 controllers i've had difficulty with are yourself when you play Talin and Agent Matron (who's like a bloody Jack in the Box ). And i might add i've one shotted both of you (you in the villain base when someone knocked your hurricane off while you had someone penned into a corner with it ) although it takes a long time waiting for the two of you to make a mistake/an opportunity to arise.
But apart from the two of you yes as a rule Controllers are one shotted, and usually as soon as i see them.
Perhaps your seeing the Stalkers because they havent picked up Stealth yet and only have Hide running? I meet a lot of Stalkers in PvP zones who ask how the heros dont see me and yet can see them.
Silent Scope with his targetting drone was unable to see my stalker with Hide and Stealth last night when we tested last night

LOL i took my invun scapper into bloody bay last week and had 3 stalkers try to A/S me, well all i can say is that it felt like a bit of gnats [censored] to her. Although I think the stalkers where as shocked as i was that she just stood there and took it.
Any AT can PvP, some just require more work than others... AR/Dev is possibly the weakest blaster in PvP but it is a great sniper, I can out range pretty much anything, plus I get telemining (over 300 yards when I hit 50), which most people hate, and a stealth power that doesn't take a whole pool up. Yes I am underpowered when it gets up and personal, but if I see you first then I will do good damage first...
To whoever said that Rock Eagle could shoot them "Bah" you've never considered that targetting drone lets us see through even a stalkers stealth (tactics, but cheaper, built into the pool and freeing up room for other enhances in the blasts)? Bring your break frees buddy, I'll disorientate you from over 100 yards away. If in PvE I can take down a +3 lt with 3 blasts, then I think that it's possible I can do that to you too... and any thing I can do Rock can do too... cause he's AR/Dev A well...
Unless you want to run your scrapper up against his granite tank sometime, please let me watch if you do...
