With the growing news of Champions Online. I would like to know what people's thoughts are in to this.
The Hereafter
I've tried numerous other MMORPGs (Star Wars: Galaxies, Matrix Online, Auto Assualt, Guild Wars, Tabula Rasa (only beta)), but have continued to come back to CoH time and again.
Personally, if Champions Online gets off the ground and is as enthralling as CoH has been over the years, it may be the next generation MMORPG that I may go across to.
Supergroups
I've read through some of the Champions Online forum (signed up as Captain_Solaris) and already there are Supergroups popping up as we speak. Predominantly US based SGs, nevertheless quite a lot. Probably a bit too early I reckon.
If a large percentage of us make the leap across, would you like me to carry on the GoEH? I know there are numerous outside SG members and former GoEH members who have saif they'd be interested in joining. But initially would like the core of current GoEH leaders and members to be part of this.
Look forward to reading your thoughts.

Already registered, and as you say, if it turns out to be as good as it looks, i'll definatly move across, but on the 360, not the PC.

This. DDO was by far my favourite system but the content got to be a drag. Just being a shiny system wont draw me away from CoH

I guess there's a lot in between now and Champions Online, I need to see what happens with CoX plus Age of Conan...

Age Of Conan I will also try. I really want to find a fantasy MMO that lives up to my expectations of the genre

Just a quick note to let you guys know I'll be leaving GoEH. The SG I play with more regularly on Union is starting a presence on Defiant, so I'll be moving my characters there. Additionally, RL constraints are making it increasingly more difficult for me to join in for the Saturday teaming sesh - which has largely been the only time I play with you guys anyway!

Well last night (very early morning!), I left a reminder on the Message of the Day.
Last Saturday was unforseen. Had my parents not left their gas fire on before they went away for the weekend, I wouldn't have had to drive 3 hours back and forth just to switch it off!

Ahh right...the Champions Online thing...
I was getting myself confused thinking you were talking about our Saturday team up! We should've updated the subject title ^__^
...aye, things are looking interesting for Champions Online. It's a toss up between PC or XBox 360 for me at the moment. If I upgrade my PC substantially, then will stay using my PC, if not, would most probably make the jump onto my 360.
A defiant Superteam on Champions Online would be good. Very unified. Unless the SG you're in is pretty substantial with a lot of members making the cross over, it may be hard to maintain.

So tempted to get that at the moment. But I've already splashed out on two games in the past month, so can't over indulge.
I just prefer playing my guitar in RL...although if guitar hero is that good, then I may have to substitute it in for a lengthy period!

Ah, now the people I know who can play the guitar normally are actually worse than me on guitar hero, and I think its safe to say I'm less than poor. But it is a laugh and is a great game to play when you stagger home drunk at 3am

Well its only a Wharfedale L1511W-A 15.4in HDTV/Monitor, perfect display now tho,(running full screen 1280/768) after a bit of a struggle with my ATI card

1280/1024 on PC and 1440/900 on laptop I think (whatever the widescreen is for 1440 anyway)
Got my eye on the Glassfronted LCDs though, waiting for their response time to get better
