Max was the only one who got a reply, and he got a message saying there is no badge for the SF yet.
What? was this before or after the patch that added the badge? Pretty lame if you have done the SF before the patch and still dont get the badge from the GMs. I mean, you finished it afterall 
Wasnt aware that the patch added it, Only remember seeing the Silver Mantis SF badge in the patch notes.
Im up for the TF. Badge or not.

hes easy 2 kill once u get him out of the lava a lure him in a tunnel where there no lava he can jump in otherwise he spawns loads of minions
i did this a few weeks ago and no badge. the whole team sent petitions. i got a reply saying we'll let you know how it pans out. got a reply recently saying screw you, do it again if you want the badge. well not quite in those words, but i think it may be fixed now. oh well better pull on my demon clobbering boots again!

My whole team sent petitiions and all any of us have had is a response saying it was being looked into. I've now sent two chase ups and have not even had the common decency of a reply. Seeing as this SF was done over 3 weeks ago, I'm pretty disgusted by the customer service I've received.
in announcements u wont get badges that were bugged previous to the incoming patches
basically u gotta do whatever it was again after the patch(s)
spose the consilation(typo) is u know what to do and maybe that'll get it done faster
