Eddie Guerrero. The greatest Luch Dor.
Holy cow... that's a shocker.
Nods...And some people still say Wrestling is fake. It's staged, granted, but most of those moves REALLY hurt.
Soy Mexicano de hueso colorado.
I found out monday morning and i was shocked then he was only 38 and a great entertainer.

There are only three alternatives. It thinks were either a threat, food, or a mate. Its gonna either kill us, eat us, or hump us.
Definately one of my favorite wrestlers - He's had some great matches in so many different federations!
Wrestling won't be the same without him!
There goes my hopes for a return of the LWO
Saw the RAW repeat last night, cudos to all those guys "going on with the show", as its what Eddie would have wanted!

I'm fairly sure he would have wanted to be alive.
He lied, cheated and stole his way into our hearts.
As chavo used to say, "Eddie Guerro was my favourite wrestler."
ah man, he's dead? i liked him.. a real surprise for him to pateó el cubo so soon.
pepita de toodle guerrero de señor.
I am the Blaster, I have filled the role of Tank, Controller and Defender
Sometimes all at once.
Union EU player! Pip pip, tally ho, top hats and tea etc etc
Sad news, I saw it on Sky last night. He came through some tough times, and cleaned up his life and his marriage. That is a truly great man.

Its a huge shame, there's not many reasons to watch WWE these days. He was probably the best thing about it when I did catch it, and I used to love the Filthy Animals in WCW.
Heres to ya Eddie. Thanks for all your hard work

Died of drugs.
No sympathy. Selfish git leaves a wife and kids.
He didn't die from drugs Wam, he had a coronary seizure due to over-working and stress which thinned out his arteries. Luckily, it happened in his sleep, so they say he would have felt nothing

The quality of the community on this site has dropped immensely. I find myself scared to post as often as I would like to, for fear of being subject to a personal attack due to a difference of opinion.

And with post like that you should be scared, if you don't care for the game go back to playing your rollercoster.

My understanding was that his drug addiction was over, and had been for several years, hence his re-employment in the WWE. Has anyone heard differently?

Where does what I have written saying I don't care for the game? And you've just proven my point about personal attacks.
Sulph, his drug taken has been well documented, as have many of the WWE stars especially the recently deceased ones. Anyone who has the responsibilities of a family to look after, and takes drugs to the point where it affects there own body and can cause death (even indirectly) is selfish, and deserves not to be remembered as a "great man".
My thoughts and prayers are with the family he has left behind. Peace be with them.

No, he died of acute heart failure - part of which was attributable to an undiagnosed coronary disease, and part of which could well have been caused by the line of work he'd chosen to follow. He'd been clean of intoxicants for approximately 4 years at the time of his death.
I wouldn't be so quick to jump on the "drugs lol" bandwaggoning when there are so many other factors involved.

Because of course there are no links to taking hard drugs and years later developing heart problems.
That's like smoking for 40 years then giving up, then dieing of heart/lung disease and people blaming old age or something as the cause of death.
Also if the line of work he was involved in was risking his health/life why would you carry on? The exact reason Mick Foley quit was because he wanted to take care of his family and not end up with brain damage etc.
The only drug problem he had was with pain killers. He did NOT leave his family. His wife left him for a short period. This was meant to be a tribute to a great man and you have no place in this. When it comes to personal attacks I think your a [censored]. Respect is something earned and he's paid for his mistake. Take this as one of yours.
Feel the TERRA!

You probably suffer attacks because your opinion's are poorly placed. When people are writing a tribute no one wants to hear anything negative. You have a serious lak of respect. May Terra find you!
after hearing this from a freind i instantly said 'oooo no he isnt it would be a story line as that is what the undertaker normaly does' but i checked the site yesterday and to my shock it was true i fell in tears 10 times (not exajurating either) from watching all the testimonials and RAW video of the 10 second tribute and John Cenas title tribute at the end
a truly great entertainer has gone and i will miss him the same amount as what Kurt Angle, JBL and everyone else from the WWE will
Rest In Peace Eddy
Morning Heroes.
I don't know if any of you like wrestling but I'd like to pay a tribute to the greatest luchå dor of his time Eddie Guerrero. He was found dead in his hotel suite on Sunday by his nephew Chavo Guerrero. He was one of the finest wrestlers I've ever seen and I've followed wrestling all my life.
Here's to you Eddie.
STOP! TERRA TIME!
