The Pick a Fight Thread....

Ok, here's the idea, is there someone you want to have a fight with online in a friendly way... say if so, personally I would like to go up against Blue Opal, aka Captain Cliche who endlessly whipped me in Bloody Bay the other night, I'd like to invite him to step into the warburg with me. Demonos is another forumite, and his alt demogorogon also seems in need of a lesson.

Here's the rules I propose:

1. Unless otherwise stated all fight are one on one.

2. Fights happen in the agreed Zone. I personally select Warburg as I think it is by far the most interesting place to play PvP.

3. Best out of 5. Whoever takes the other down 3 times wins.

4. Winner rules. At the conclusion of the combat the looser agrees to /em praise the victor and then the victor can if they choose post a picture of the event on this thread, after that the issue is closed, no moaning about it, no whining, no "it was unfair".

5. Tp Foe into a mob or an arbiter IS griefing and is an automatic disqualification.

6. Any kills influenced by another player do not count, you must be 100% responsible for the take down of the enemy. Spectators are allowed but communication that might help your friend is cheating so don't do it.

If you cannot agree to any of these rules, then don't even sign up, go get some honour...

Can heroes and villains not arena against each other?

May be, but the zones are much more fun and I think more realistic of the toon you have, no additional powers, no enclosed spaces just skill. Maybe limit it to one area of a zone...

She's starting to get a wee bit notorious now isnt she?

After a REALLY boring time in Sirens Call, with 2 heroes just running away or floating just out of reach, I finally gave chase without my bots and got dead. Death by boredom I tell you!

So, I want a proper standup fight with someone. Red Right Hand, Mastermind, vs. some snivelling little (or big, I'm easy) hero, who hopefully wont run away or bore me to death!

Lucky you! Well, keep an eye out for me in game I guess, or send a PM if you want to arrange a time.

I'm quite happy to give most people a bash in PvP, be it im either a lot more powerful, or overwhelmed by the opposing players power. But one call out does stick in my memory.. Sun Stalker... If possible, lets set this up, as you are truely one of the best PvP stalkers i've come across

i just wana pwn empath in warburg, kat/regen still seemingly massively overpowered and harder to kill than BS/regen.

i had a knockabout with Fuya before she was 40 shes nice, seems i cant touch her much without insps, but with is, as usual, rather different. practically no villains i have met can kill me in an open duel, with the kind of randon insps u pick up doing nuke launch missions. bring on the trashtalk and the fights!

o and all the heroes i see tend to either get a tell or broadcast asking if they intend to try it on, or i hold them then invite them to a team, its up to them then whether they die or not (but i do die plenty, its quite fun).

also i think that the to hit of aim and possibly BU have been gimped somewhat, with an extra acc SO in my attacks im missing with them both on from debuffs as silly as hurricane, and hitting PFF is really hard now if slotted, im thinking when i respec for i6 (still havent) i will go 3 recred 1 tohit in both blaster self buffs.
