Pet enhancements fixed.

There was a bug found near the end of beta where it was realized that the Upgrade powers did not benefit from Enhancements in the Henchmen powers.

This was fixed and was in the version that was on test last week. Unfortunately the patch note did not go with it, AND no one told me the fix was up there.

Anyway, long story short is that the fix is now LIVE, and your Henchmen should be fully Enhanced when you use your Upgrade powers.

Sorry about this screw up. I wanted you guys to test it before it went to Live to see if it made MM's too powerful.

maybe im stupid, but what was actualy bugged on this? I dont know realy what enhancements you can put in the upgrade powers (dmg/acc? ), but so i read it had nothing to do with the bubbles the protector-bots give?

Sin, it was the fact that the enhancments you put in the pet itself didn't affect the upgrade power, so only the pets basic powers were enhanced

i played yesterday after the patch, didnt realy noticed a big difference in higher damage (that "load and shoot" power of battle-drones is a upgrade power i asume)
oh well, happy to know

They likely toned down the power of the upgrade powers to account for the fact they can now be slotted. The biggest difference I noticed was in the accuracy.

Actually we only got patched today, and I'm definately seeing a dmg output increase. Marginal with DO's mind you, but its a welcome change.

This reminds me. Is there any point in sltting the actual upgrade power itself? I have my Zombies 4 slotted at the mo but what should I put into the Upgrade power itself?

[Edit] Why did this post itself twice?

Stupid boards.

I like my L6 Upgrade two-slotted, but many make do with the original one. The L32 Upgrade requires a bit more of an investment in at least Recharge Reduction.

What have you slotted it with though? Recharge reduction? I don't see the point really since I usually only need the power multiple times at the start of the map. Ditto with End Reductions. Unless I'm frantically raising in the face of an oncoming mob that just slaughter my previous zombies I don't need to worry about the end cost.

Okay, my US Beta experience of both upgrade powers in practical application. They were slotted as follows: Equip Robot (2x Rechg Rdx), Upgrade Robot (4x Rchg Rdx). All enhancements were Green and Single-Origins. I had the full six henchmen (1x Assault Bot, 2x Protector Bot, 3x Battle Drone).

Cycle worked as follows...

- Upgrade Assault Bot
- Equip Assault Bot
- Equip Drone 1
- Equip Drone 2
- Equip Drone 3
- Equip Prot Bot 1
- Equip Prot Bot 2
- Upgrade Prot Bot 1

After that point it is waiting until it (Upgrade Robot) recycles if I want to complete all my upgrades. Normally I'd just wait until the other Prot Bot was done before moving into the mission, and Upgrading the Drones as I go.

It has a base recharge (I believe) of over one minute. Unenhanced, you'd be looking at six minutes minimum for your initial setup time. Upgrade Robot was the one power that even made me consider taking Hasten (I won't, as there are too many better choices to make).

All the L32 Upgrade powers (Kuji-in-Zen, Tactical Upgrade, Dark Empowerment) have the same recharge speed. They need slotting, unless you're on a very understanding team or don't mind taking your own sweet time when soloing!

Ah. I see. Cheers.

So i don't have to worry about it until level 32 anyway. And then throw 2 -recharge so's into it which should drop the recharge time to about 36 secs (60% of 1 min)

wow nice to know that the lvl32 has such realy high recharge time

Meh, just slap it on the Assault Bot, then start the killing, putting it on the others when it's ready. I for one can't wait around for 3 min or so to buff my bots.
