What gives you that idea 
Hate to butt in, but I have a query about Ice/Storm, and seeing as there's this thread...
I was wondering about the potential of using Glacier or Frostbite to achive Containment status, and then using Freezing Rain and Ice Storm on a group of villains. My theory is that the resist debuff, plus double damage from containment, will be quite carnage-y. Suggestions?
im not 100% sure but i dont think freezing rain does more damage under containment
It doesn't but it does debuff the enemy and make you do lots more damage

I really enjoy the fact that the only power I can use against them is Laser Beam Eyes and the Crey Pistol. Hours of fun.

It doesn't, but Ice Storm does. With Containment and Freezing Rain, it would be rather uber!

Well i decided to take fire for the Epic cos ice is too much theme! Psi sounded good but for sheer fun the fire and ice is a nice little concept and i get some good armour and a blast as well. Having said this i have a feeling that i will respec to Psi epic soon as the defense looks great no more sleeping in CoT missions!
Just a quick post to see if anyone has ideas about epic powers for ice/storm controller.
I am level 39 now and approaching the time!
Also has anyone general builds they would like to discuss. I will post my build if any1 shows interest in this thread and we can compare notes. I also want to toughen up for PvP!
