Prestige and SB Badges are earnt for the SG, not for an individual. Imagine the blackmail you could get away with if you could "withdraw" your Prestige. Worse, if it belonged to a player who went inactive... I can think of any number of nightmare situations!

and what you bring is the prestige earning ability... (appart from your personality and such)

If you have nothing useful to say, you have two choices: Say something useless or stay quiet.
And salvage, don't forget your salvage. While we don't know exactly how much salvage will be needed, it will almost certainly be a lot and of a certain type to do anything.
Your salvage is yours, until you choose to give it to a SG, and will stay with you even if you up and change. It's only items you've donated you'll lose.

Anyone know what things u can make with salvage? I know thats a lot to ask as a lot of people cant even afford a room yet, but just wondered. Is it just items you can buy anyway or new stuff? Is the beginning of a game economy?

Besides, I kicked a toon from my SG just to test i we could get debt... it warns me that any personal item the character owned will be removed (wether it will be deleted or returned to the characters inventory, I don't know)

FWIW, I'd definitely recommend not attempting to smoke them, you'd waste all the "glittery" goodness. Much better to make a nice warm (but not boiling) hot cuppa out of them.

The main problem I have with Sg and bases, is that if you leave for whatever reason, or are kicked, all the prestige you have earnt for that SG has gone, you cant get it back.
Its all very well saying that the SG loses the initial 20,000, but you dont have anything to bring to your new SG, your own or whatever. I think if a player could take everything they had earnt, this would stop a lot of the problems people are having at the moment.
