Bots/FF build advice

I am trying some things on Test pending a respec on Champs. I have a few questions for you guys.

How necessary is having force bubble _and_ repulsion field? If they are redundant, which is better?

Several people have said they really like the leadership pool for MMs. My current build has Assault and Tactics (one EndRed each), and the only time I ever run out of end is when they are running. It seems like I need stamina, but I am not sure leadership is worth 3 extra picks. Would an extra EndRed in each take care of the net loss?

Here is my power list so far:

Genocidal: Level 48 Technology Mastermind
Primary Power Set: Robotics
Secondary Power Set: Force Field
Power Pool: Flight
Power Pool: Medicine
Power Pool: Teleportation

Level 1: Battle Drones (A)
Level 1: Force Bolt (A)
Level 2: Deflection Shield (A)
Level 4: Insulation Shield (A)
Level 6: Equip Robot (A)
Level 8: Hover (A)
Level 10: Aid Other (A)
Level 12: Protector Bots (A)
Level 14: Fly (A)
Level 16: Personal Force Field (A)
Level 18: Aid Self (A)
Level 20: Dispersion Bubble (A)
Level 22: Stealth
Level 24: Recall Friend (A)
Level 26: Assault Bot (A)
Level 28: Repulsion Field (A)
Level 30: Resuscitate (A)
Level 32: Upgrade Robot (A)
Level 35: Repair (A)
Level 38: Force Bubble (A)

In my current version, I have slotted my drones heavily for Acc & Dam, and put triple Def Buffs in all my shields. I 6-slotted Aid Other for recharge and heal. I plan to do the same for the respec.

Any recommendations?

As of Issue 15 you no longer NEED Recall Friend to unstick your Protector Bots, and I would highly recommend replacing it with Maneuvers to bump up your personal defence. I would also try and add at least one -interrupt in Aid Self, when you need it you really really need it.

If you can spare it, a +defence buff in Protector Bots is quite good for your own personal defences, every little helps.

I found I had slots to burn with my Bots/FF so I have 2 end reducers in each leadership toggle, but at least one is a good start.

Semiquaver: Sonic/Kinetics Corruptor

I prefer Force Bubble myself. It can be used as a positioning tool on a larger scale. Dare to see the flames of the Force Bubble thread burning up the defender boards. The repulse are of Force Bubble is much, much large than Repulsion Field, a 9' sphere on the mastermind.

For a build with no stamina, I highly suggest 2 endurance reducers in each leadership power. As Quaver noted, go manuvers and tactics for more synergy with the defenses. I highly doubt that stamina is REQUIRED for a /forcefields MM. My first mastermind, Robots/Poison, easily levelled to 50 without stamina and the character ran leadership as well.

Edit: You can save a power and pool selection by getting a travel power proc in hover or even sprint.

Dispersion Bubble can use a spritz of endurance reduction, too, when you have the slots to spare for it.

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.

My Bots/FF MM has (the short list):

Stamina (3 End slots, going down to 2 End on respec)
Tactics (3 End slots for no apparent reason, may go to 2 End)
Assault (2 End, 1 to Hit)
Force Bubble (End & End I think, can't remember)
Repulsion Field (6 slots of awesomeness)

I do not have Medicine or Teleport. Every power slot I have is precious; those powers are unnecessary for my build.

Like a previous poster my prot bots have 2 slots of defense. Between their shields and mine we don't take much damage (unless the idiots run out of my disp field and force bubble... the AI in this game is terrible).

You only need to take 2 in Leadership to get Tactics. Screw maneuvers, you got force fields.

And some people don't take both Force Bubble and Repulsion Field because they think that they are the same thing. They are not. Force Bubble isn't full proof and you will catch aggro for using it if a bot doesn't get it first (sloppy play, yes, but it happens).
Also, Force Bubble can take only a few enhancements. My Repulsion Field is 6 slotted with Knockback and it LAUNCHES people everywhere. And it's excellent for small hallways. Use both.

I don't suffer endurance problems. I hover around with everything (minus repulsion field), including my electricity armor patron power going. If something starts slipping through force bubble I kick in Replusion Field and eject them. I do not use Force Bolt often; I don't need to unless there is an emergency.

I can take most elite bosses and I like to play on rep5, though I've had to go rep 3 occasionally. The only problem I have now is the faulty AI and the lack of controls for my henchmen. Seriously, is it that hard for them to make a command that says "Stay in one place and fire - DO NOT MOVE" ?

Also, I have so many extra enhancement slots to add I can toss them around willynilly. If you're really curious ( and I have the time and I remember) I'll post my full specs. My guy is tuned pretty heavily.

I can't completely remember the missing slots below, but basically I soft-capped my Bots/FF to ranged and energy a while ago (and he's pretty high def on everything else after the Protector Bots bubble him). Taunt + Soft-Cap + Immob = goodness.

Hope this is useful.
