Idea: Power customization+Super Boosters=AWESOME

Okay, with Issue 16 coming out and the recent Science Super Booster an idea struck me. Follow me on this one. The Super Booster packs are designed to add a little extra fun and a few more options to character customization. The themes are there to give people with certain theme ideas more freedom. But in my opinion, even with all the awesome of things like High-collared capes, Combat auras, costume Change emotes and the super tailor, there's nothing there that would "make or break" the themes they represent.

To put it another way, there was nothing I saw upon getting the Packs that I needed to make my cyborg, or sorceror, or mad scientist characters.
There were already fancy hats, Crazy hairdoes,and robotic body part costume options in game.

The stuff there was very very nice, but all-in-all, it felt like, essentially what it was, some fun cosmetic changes. I used to think that adding special powersets to Booster packs would remedy this, but with Power customization an option now, and Specifically alternative animation options, I think I have a better idea. Implement unique animation sets for each pack, keeping in theme. To give some more detailed example...

Cyborg Booster pack: When it comes to cyborgs, I think nothing says it like weapons integrated into the body That is, guns and other devices built into the character. And nothing encompasses this idea more than the Arm-Cannon I'm sure lots of people have ideas for cyborg or robot themed characters who utilize it, and "settle" for a weapon-less blaster power combined with one of the bulkier robot gauntlet options. Allowing people who buy the cyborg Booster Pack the option of having all ranged (because shooting works so well with robots, much more than control powers) powerset animations switched out with one that involved one of these would make the Cyborg booster pack a must-have for those looking to make robotic characters.

I'm not going to presume to say it would be easy, but If it's possible the ideal situation would be one similar to current weapon-based sets, where you can choose from a selection of various types of Gun-hands. If not, Like BaBs, I think a more generic design would be most suitable, preferably black, not for a "Black is hardcore" reason but because it simply goes with anything(Imagine huge, dark-clad robot death-machine's hand transforming into a bright green gun).

The "Magic" pack: The obvious choice for the magic pack would be The Magic wand or staff for Control powersets that don't involve weapons
Like the arm-Cannon, this represents the theme of a Sorceror or wizard rather well and is Something many Magic characters lack. As a side note, possibly a "Talismans and artifacts" animation option for Traps and Devices. Instead of technilogical items, stone or organic items with magical appearances.

Science Pack: The obvious idea would be gadgets and chemicals for Control/Buff/Debuff powersets. Animations involving the charcater reaching in the vicinity of his/her waist, pulling a device or vial out, and throwing it. so basically the animations for devicess and traps but more specified.
for the Future, here's another suggestion.
For the "Primal" or "beast" booster pack that is likely in the works, An animation set for all non-weapon melee offense sets could be
"Feral Fighting" or something more menacing, what does that look like you ask?
Say hello to the poster boy of this style of fighting

basically a style with open handed claw swipes. This eliminates the need for a "clawless claw" change to the current claws powerset, and allows for a mass of options.

First, let me say that it is doubtful that these options would be added to the existing booster packs simply because that would probably provide a nightmare for getting the options to the people who already own the boosters.

Now, the options you wish to add to the Cyborg and Science boosters have been asked for before. I believe it is something the devs are aware of, and hope to one day implement. I don't know when, but I have a feeling we will see the some day. The magic wand I am not so sure about. Yes, it would be cool to have some of these options, and I think we will see actual clawed hands and available arm cannons at some point, but I don't know how soon.

@Winter. Because I'm Winter. Period.
I am a blaster first, and an alt-oholic second.
