How does the +7.5% recharge proc work on pets?
The LotG one? Fairly sure that just acts like a set bonus, not a proc - won't matter what power it's in, when it's used, etc.
edit: in fact, I don't believe you can slot them in pets.
It's not a proc. It acts like a set bonus, so it is always on. To top it off, it will have no effect on the pet whatsoever for two reasons. 1) Like set bonuses, they only effect the MM not the pet. 2) Pets are immune to any form of recharge manipulation. That includes speeding up their recharge as well as slowing it down.

No no, I'm referring to the one from the set, Stupefy I think, that has a chance for recharge.
I think hes thinking of Force Feedback, Chance for 100% rchg.

Stupefy has a chance for Knockback, and a Set Bonus of Recharge.

I doubt any set has a chance of only +7.5% recharge. A fair number of them have a set bonus of a flat recharge reduction, but that affects the recharge rate on all of your powers (and is as far as I know is ignored by your pets period - because of reasons stated previously).
EDIT: Muddied wording. Fixed it.
Ah, I got it figured out, Thanks anyways guys!
Does it proc whenever you summon them, or does the game make a roll every few minutes or what?
Any idea anyone?
