Yep, VU2009 is almost always good to scare up a few players for things.
Virtue LFG Alpha is a good chat as well for finding groups (If AE broadcast EVER slows down). TFs/Raids/Mission teams all have been asking for more on this channel for awhile, as well as Virtue LFG beforehand.
Plus to V LFG A: Quinch is a funny dude, and you'll get random lols with debates on it. (Cause AE killed the average team)
Virtuebadges09 is another good one.

Go to your friends panel and scroll down the various channels. It should show you who's on that channel. Anyone with a star is a Op (or Moderator).
