My first guess would be to get in touch with the Teamsters.... as their name suggests they team.... i dont know what space they have thou...
Teamsters are relatively new and yet have a great rep on this server already. They're definitely a good pick.
The Phantoms of War / Paragon Punishers SGs (now fused for double the awesome since earlier this year) have been around since year one, and teaming occurs nightly with scheduled events occurring on Friday evenings (TFs) while the rest of the time is "pick up and go".
Players are available at all times since there are multiple time zones covered.

Don't know much about the teamsters but I have known Stale since I started playing back in '05. teamed with him and his wife couple hundred times over the years and can say they are GREAT people to know and call friend.
His events tend to be loads of fun, no matter if it's just a random TF or his Herolympics ( always fun ).
To be honest I don't worry about SGs anymore.
All the people I want to chat with I can find in the global rooms, and if I want a team I either join with a PuG or else set one up with my global friends. The only reason to need an SG is for the teleporters, but between the PocketD Port, the Market porters and Ouroboros there's really no pressing need for the base teleporters anymore.
We team with...uh...everyone, really. 
When we're not teaming with each other or our coalies, we're usually using the SG chat to banter back and forth with each other, trading IOs, tag-teaming base editing, etc. We've got new players, veterans, and everything in-between, fully functional base (that mysteriously keeps getting bigger), and great coalies, and we're gearing up to start running TFs on the weekends. Like Stale said, we're kinda new, but we're off to a pretty good start. If you interested, let me know!

Vitality - Level 50 WP/SS has been looking for a SG to join on this server.
I've been in a few but there was never anyone on and they never teamed together.
I'm looking to join a SG that actually plays and teams together.
