I'd recommend starting with Zloth's ++ Common Solutions & Posting Guidelines ++ thread that is stickied in this forum.
Secondly, post a log from running CoH Helper as it will give information about your system and the CoH installation and settings.
Thirdly, post a log from running HijackThis. This will show what else is going on on your computer while you are playing CoH.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Anything else would be purely a guessing game since we don't have enough information to work from.

Okay, you went the wrong way. The last 3 digits tell you the relative power of the card so a 6200 is less powerful than a 5500. It's at the low end of the 6000 series.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that is a sign of a corrupted video driver installation. Uninstall the drivers, boot into Windows Safe Mode, run DrverSweeper , reboot and install the drivers cleanly.
Your C: drive has a mere 7% free space. That's going to cause problems for both Windows and CoH as it isn't enough free space for either to work well with. I'd recommend cleaning off unneeded files and try to get that free space up to at least 25%.
Also, you have a whooooole lot of unnecessary programs loading at Startup (all of the 04 entries in HijackThis) and especially for only having 1 Gig of RAM.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Just some info... given my limited searching through the intarwebs, the 5500 and the 6200 are about on a par in performance, with maybe a nod towards slightly better visuals to the 6200, but it's a rather even swap, it would appear.
Now, there is something interesting going on... There's the 6200... and there's the Intel chip. That is going to be somewhat slower... are you absolutely sure you got the right card working with Co*? Are you trying to dual monitor things? Perhaps turning off the second monitor is the answer, Co* can be a little bit of a pill regarding dual monitor setups, SLI... I can't imagine it likes having two completely different manufacturers to deal with on video... 
I'd also hazard a guess that the drivers, even though they're both NVidia, aren't happy. I'd get Driver Sweeper from Guru3d, and the latest drivers for both the NVidia. I'd deinstall the Intel completely, and turn it off in the BIOS. I'd deinstall the NVidia card, then reboot to safe mode. I'd run the Driver Sweeper to kill *all* video drivers. I'd then reboot to normal ops, let it figure out whatever it's going to figure out, then install the new NVidia drivers.
I'd also be taking out McAfee and putting in AVG or AntiVir or something else... ANYTHING else but McAfee, because it's DPVJ, except Norton, because it's DRBBBOT
I'd also pick a tool bar, and not have more than one, if I had any at all. You got Google, AIM, McAfee (which I've already discussed) and Ask. Redundancy isn't good here, make a choice, I would, but in honestly, they'll not be Co* affecting... I just don't like waiting for all them things.
And finally, I'd be turning all these off using MSConfig for testing or deinstalling/deleting outright:

Another thing, your using the newest 186 driver on a dinosaur card. The 186 driver itself has issues even on new cards. Cards of that age often do better on a older driver as odd as that sounds. In this case though I'd first roll back to the 185s (stable) doing a clean uninstall of the current driver. This will also accomplish what TJ is suggesting.
houtex, please explain how i use MSconfig to turn all of these off
and i think i am duel monitoring. But i have one monitor but when i go to the Control Panel setting and go to Appearance and Themes and go to Display and to the Setting tab it says I have the option of 2 monitors i can use for default, one that is the 6200 and the other is the intel graphic one. How do i delete the intel one? i tried deinstalling it from Add or Remove programs and when i restarted my computer it was right back on there.
I was messin around on the computer trying to figure out how to get rid of that second monitar and i think i did it. Look at my Hijack and Coh helper now and tell me what else could help. Thanks all!

How could I get my C drive better? How should i delete objects from it? I went through My Computer and into the C drive and deleted a good amount of unused folders but still gets in in the 7% free space range, and i did a disk cleanup earlier today and still 7%. Ok, you have an "80" gig drive. On that, you are storing "74" gig of data. This data is in the form of the OS, Programs of various import, support files for these, and all the data you personally have put on the computer.
Co* itself, raw, no additions like screenshots and such, is 2G in size. The OS is likely about that. Various programs and support files can range from a few K to 1G or so... Then there's any music, videos, pictures, documents... Oh, and temp files. Those are fun.
Basically, you yourself are the ONLY person who knows what to keep and what not to. Where the data is stored is a 'you only' thing.
So, if you are uncomfortable with the idea of deleting things, a person who isn't uncomfortable is required, with your input as to what needs to be kept and what doesn't. And in terms of kept, it might be on an external hard drive to keep it there instead of the main drive, or burned to CD/DVDs.... whatever you can to get the room on the C drive.
The other approach is to get another, much larger hard drive (that the system can recognize, some have limits), clone the C: to that new drive using Ghost or some such, and then you'll have whatever size the hard drive is -74G of space. So if you got a 500G drive to work, then you'd have "418"G of space, or 4/5 of the drive and change.

/please note the "xx"G of sizes has to do with the whole 1024 vs 1000 thing with hard drives. Which is why your 80G drive has only 74G of storage as far as the OS is concerned.

Now look at my info.. After freeing up space on my c drive, iv gone from 7% free to 22% free, and going to single monitor, i STILL have that blocky lag. What else could it possibly be?

I'm sorry, I came in late, and did not check in to the top post.
The blockiness is either a bad card or messed up drivers. Or an old card. The 6200 isn't all that grand a master of video compared to today's.
But it shouldn't be an issue to use it. I've used them.
It has been mentioned that using the newest drivers on this old card is also an issue, most likely.
In any event, I am of the opinion that even though all that other work should help in other areas, the drivers are the issue for the blockiness. While you could get the 190.38s that are available, you might want to go here and get something older, maybe in the 160 range of drivers, say the 169.21s
And you'll also want to run a driver sweep to kill any old card info, such as the Intel and the old 5200. http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
The reason being that if *any* other card's drivers have been installed, they can interfere with the correct working of the card you want.
Instructions:
1) Download these two, install driver sweeper, DO NOT install drivers YET.
2) DEINSTALL all drivers for video in the Add/Remove programs in the control panel. Nvidia, ATI, Intel... If you're unsure, then don't.
3) Reboot to safe mode (F8 during boot process)
4) Run driver sweeper, kill all video cards regardless of whether you had it or not.
5) Reboot to normal, let the system figure itself out and get stable.
6) Install 'new' drivers.
7) Retest
Hopefully, one time will be the charm, but it's been known that two or three might be needed until you find the right combination.

Ever since i got a new graphic card, my game seems to be all block laggy. Look at the picture. My old card was like a geforce fx 5500, so i put in a geforce fx 6200. I have 1 gig of memory. My graphics setting in the game is the one right after minimum. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me out? I don't the money right now to purchase a new computer or anything like that, and i tried safe mode for coh but still block laggy. Please Help..
