I would have to guess that xp is xp, it would be complicated to differentiate based on mission source. Most likely it will be doubled.

Some missions generate AE Tickets, some don't. I wouldn't be surprised if some missions could be set as double XP without all of them being set that way.
To the OP's apparent question: .....Maybe? 
They did something similiar with the PvP missions and double XP awhile ago. Where only the first 2-3 missions run in a PvP zone would award double XP and then return to regular XP.
I doubt it will, they already prolly have synapse looking at their leveling tables vs. their ratio to level 1-50 and pulling his hair out o.o!
