A "Temp Power" is something that isn't in your Primary, Secondary, Pools, or Inherent.
They are permanent and on all characters. The reason they are listed as temp powers is because they are the same as the Halloween costume temp powers.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't think he was saying those powers were temp.. I think he was just trying to say that the suits are as temporary as those powers (for example).. meaning they are perm, then stressing that the suits only fall into the "temp" category by default because they do not fit into any of the others.

Anyway, I was wondering if NCSoft will be at Comic Con giving away any promo codes for the PPD Hardsuit or anything similar.
