With rest and IH I believe i had over 9000!!!!
My best (for a Stalker) was 81.73 at level 24.
That's not capped, though.

how do you get it that high? with max hp. integration, heath , fast healing and a ton of my IO sets giving me 8-12% im only at 43.16 a sec
With Intergration, FH, set bonus' and Health my lvl 50 stalker has 50 hp/sec base.
Add IH and i get 113 HP/Sec
Add Hibernate and I cap myself
Dull Pain being unneeded to hit my HP cap, i use it as a 1150 heal, Reconstruction gives me another 700 point heal.

WITH, you get 122.6 HP/Sec.
