Mercenary Accolade and no Fragmentation Grenade?

I got it last night. I thought logging off for 8 or so hours would be enough if that was indeed the case, but I guess not.

also the longer your offline in that location the more you earn it get tricky if you want to have mutipile of each power once you earn the accolade. By tricky means where to park dayjob, accolade1, accolade2, etc. and Grats onm getting Merc.

Well, that's not really going to work with an Accolade, right? It's still possible with any of the regular day job locations, but would require not playing, logging in to get the badge, and then not playing some more to get charges on the badge power. I have a character that earns three Vanguard Merits on every mission complete, now--but that's not going to last for long.

I'm just getting the dayjobs from a Trophy Badge standpoint. I don't plan to charge up many of the powers once I have them. My stoners will charge up the recharge and run bonus and for an extra but not really needed recharge boost I'll have my permdoms charge up for more recharge. Beyond that.....meh. To me the dayjobs are a great way to log in my alts to ensure they don't get hit with autodemotion in the VG's and to move them to another spot for the next trophy.

Yeah, I just figured this out myself when I was wondering where my Vitalize temp power was. Gotta log in to actually receive the accolade, then after that you can stay logged out to get charges.
Kind of sucks, but at least I know now.
This is where Altitis is a blessing.
Every 21 days, I do the Dayjob Shuffle.
In between shuffles, I play the various Alts in the order I have them listed at Badgehunter.com. I will play with a toon for a period of time, say, for one contact or as long as I have stuff to do like a contact, teaming and so forth, then I switch to another toon.
I will probably keep doing this after I earn all the Dayjob accolades to get their powers charged up.
I just got the Mercenary Accolade and got a popup regarding the Fragmentation Grenade. There isn't anything listed under accolade or day job powers, and there was nothing automatically added to my hotbar.

Does anyone have further clarification?
