Couple Scrapper things...

1) Proliferate Ice. We got Fire, how about some Ice?

2) Ice Mastery to go along with Ice Proliferation. Scrappers are lacking in APPs, and Ice would make a good addition. And with that,

3) Fire Mastery. We got Fire proliferated, why not a Fire Mastery?

Simple and straightforward. Who agrees with me on these?

I agree. I like more options.

Been suggested to death and back, but still /signed regardless.

Ice sounds like something Stalkers should get, too.

I'm in favor of pretty much any suggestion that results in more proliferation.

I'd rather see a tweaked version of Ice Melee rather than a direct port of the tanker set. (the armor is fine as-is)

That would make it more in line with being a scrapper set. Frozen Smash is in place of Frost, but Frost will probably be in the set if it ever comes to scrappers. I made sure to leave Freezing Touch and Ice Patch in the set, because they are staples of Ice Melee. Took Ice Slash from Icey Assault to add in (getting rid of the atrocity known as Frozen Aura) and moved Greater Ice Sword to the tier 9 position. Also added Ice Sword Circle from Icey Assault.

I have no changes I want to see to Ice Armor, it could be ported directly with scrapper numbers.

On the APP subject: Scrappers likely don't have many APPs because, when they were designed, the only elemental set scrappers got was Dark. Body Mastery and Weapon Mastery were probably deemed thematically appropriate to the rest of the sets. I'd like to see Fire Mastery make it's way over, but the devs might feel that Melt Armor is a little too good for an AT that can solo AVs already at the high end of things. I can't think of any other real reasone why it hasn't been done or at least mentioned yet. They've probably discussed it at some point.

Can't think of anything in Ice Mastery that could be potentially broken in the hands of a scrapper, so if scraps get Ice we may see that as well.

You're not a fan of the frozen Footstomp? Personally, I've found it to be one of the more valuable powers within the set.

You're not a fan of the frozen Footstomp? Personally, I've found it to be one of the more valuable powers within the set.

I've never had an Ice Melee character high enough to have it. I was under the impression that it was a fairly low damage AoE sleep power, which I couldn't see being very useful to a scrapper.

I will stand corrected if that is not the case, but if it IS the case I would expect it to be the single most skipped power in the set if ported to scrappers.

I wanted to tweak it for damage output, as a low damage controllery set would kind of be at odds with a scrapper's general purpose, but I also wanted to leave some of the control powers in there because scrappers really don't have anything like that.

It used to be like that but now it's pretty much a clone of Footstomp with the AoE balance formula appropriate radius, a respectably long sleep rather than knockdown, and pure cold damage. An excellent power, in my not-so-humble opinion.

I agree with your assessment and redistribution of powers completely. I'd really like to see that proliferated to Scrappers at some point, because it really looks very exciting. I'd still like to see Battle Axe ported over to Scrappers, but that's on another subject
