Too many slots Thug/Dark Help
Call Thugs could use another Acc.
You can afford to put some stun durations in Howling Twilight.
Slotting another endurance reduction in darkest night would be good.
Call bruiser also would use another acc.
Slotting more endurance reduction in equip and upgrade are also viable.

HelinCarnate:OMG it is so terrible. I have the option to take 3 more powers but no additional slots. Boo F'ing hoo.
Between Tactics, Supremacy, and the enforcer's tactics also slotted with + to hit, I don't think he needs more accuracy in his pets. I don't know what to add, but I don't think it is accuracy.
Why not throw them in health and stamina, then pu 6 enhancement sets in them?

You skipped Shadow Fall and Petrifying Gaze?
Weird.
Anyway, you have lots of places you could put slots. First, if you take Petrifying Gaze, it needs 6 total slots, and Shadow Fall can use a total of 3 or 4.
Your Bruiser and your Maneuvers need at least 1 slot each. It wouldnt hurt to put one on Tactics also for more endurance reduction.
Dark Embrace could use another slot, and Night Fall could use at least one more, maybe 2.
Of course, your Super Jump probably doesnt need any slots in it, and since you arent really going for a defense and -def stacking build, I dont think Combat Jumping needs the extra slot. That'd save you 3 more.
Some of your slotting is weird. Why do you have Recharge in Oppressive Gloom? It is a stun toggle, and if you turn it off, the recharge is already fairly short to simply turn it back on.
Anyway, good luck!

I actually didn't know it was a Toggle, This is my first char who's made it past 40.

A slot of what? EndRdx?
I Probably will take Shadowfall, once I decide what power to drop. I'm kinda lost when it comes to sets, so any tips/ideas on that.
Well, for the Maneuvers, I like 4 slots total in mine, so I can run either 1 generic END and 3 generic defense, OR so that I can use crafted IOs and place 4 different end/def IOs in it. You can max defense and end reduction in 4 slots that way.
As for the bruiser, there are a TON of options for him. At the very least, I'd want 2 acc, 3 damage, and 1 end reducer, just so he doesnt wear out in long fights. But there are lots of other great options. He very frequently does handclap, which stuns, so he is actually pretty slick with 2 stun IOs in him. I like to put Acc/Dam, Acc/Dam/End, Acc/Dam, and Acc/Dam in him from different pet set crafted IOs. That maxes his acc and damage and gives him some endurance reduction. Then I can throw 2 stun IOs in there so that when he hand claps, things spend more time wobbling around.
Hey, ya can't knock the safety.

I wouldn't fault him for that. Between all the dark powers, thugs, enforcers, gangwar, bruiser, getting stamina before level 32 can force some hard decisions.
Shadowfall is too good to do without.

I actually have shadowfall instead of Maneuvers, don't know what I was thinking when I made the build.
I didn't need stamina at 24, I don't think I even need it now, I've only seen my bar dip below 50% fighting Mu. But, never running out of energy ever, is never a bad thing I guess.

Thanks for insulting me for trying to get better at the game. As I said this IS my first character past 40, however most of it was solo. The most up-to-date Thugs guide bashes Fearsome Stare, So yea, I've just been winging it.
yeah i waited forever to get stamina u dont really need it to l8er when it drains ur end more and u start using ur debuffs alot.
But with the exeption of the atk powers and black hole u should take every power dark thugs has they all add def/-acc and make u untouchable. also leader ship is a must tactics isnt.
grats on ur first epic toon
I dont see the stigma of taking Stamina either. I took it moderately early on my Thugs/Dark. Eventually, when you get all those controls and debuffs and patron powers and other stuff cycling furiously, it is nice.

yes but thier was so many powers to pick from below 20 so i think i didnt get it till 24. and u dont need it till after that whe u get said powers
Ok, got around to actually looking at my powers, still havn't finished my Paton Arc yet, so I'm still just guesing I'll like those powers, and used all my slots, however this is the first time I've even looked at sets, so this is probalby more expensive than I'll ever be able to dream of... but meh.: thoughts/comments:

Note: I'm not really paying attention to what level I take stuff, just kinda slotting as I go, as I'll be respecing into it at 41.
I've just hit 40, and honestly don't have any clue what to do with my last 8 slots. I plan on doing something along the lines of this: I'll probably end up trying to pick up shadowfall somewhere, any criticism/ideas/information is welcome. :
