This is where Radiant Tankers would be so helpful.
Armor sets that Debuff your opponents more than Buff yourself...
Suggested powersets:
1) Immune Skin - Auto Damage Resist that protects against Lethal, Smashing, and Energy/Negative Energy attacks.
2) Radiant Shield - Toggle Armor that Defends against Fire, Energy and Negative Energy attacks.
3) Healing Aura - Minor PbAoE heal similar to the Rad defender heal aura.
4) Energy Absorbant - Toggle Armor that protects against all Stun, Disorient, Hold, Immobilize, Sleep, and KB effects.
5) Weaken Armor - Toggle PbAoE -DEF and -REGEN debuff
6) Radiant Panic - PbAoE stun-like attack that induces Fear/Terror
7) Toxic Cloud - Toggle PbAoE Slow/Damage/Taunt aura
8) Team Absorbant - Aura Defense Buff for Teammates providing +DEF against Melee, Energy, and Negative Energy attacks
9) Half-Life - Similar to Unstoppable
With a Tanker like that, Reichsman is DOOMED.

First appearance of Reichsman. You can't defeat him just yet, so RUN! RUN LIKE THERE'S A MAD LIBRARIAN AFTER YOU!
When gathering power to destroy Reichsman, these swirlie thingees are what you need... go into the light... there is peace... and serenity... in the light...
The thing I missed about fighting 5th Column: Evil doors!
Fighting Reichsman! Just remember, Reichsman has incredibly high Hit Points... and his attacks include a Lightning/Nuke strike, various Super Strength punches, the ability to nerf all armors and enhancements, ruin game enjoyment for the sake of 'balance', place hideous Inherent powers on Blasters and Defenders, and refusal to ease up on Experience Point gathering between the 35-40 Levels. Or am I projecting?

Problem with an All-Tanker team vs. Reichsman? We had no means of debuffing him, even with the special guns. Hence the half-hearted attempt to get the team to pose in Grief emote mode.
Ach well.
