NCSOFT Store never works

Well my Co-worker just tried to pre-purchase Aion and he got the same message I've been getting for a few days now. Hopefully someone willl answer his tech support email.
Just got into the store with no problem.
Are you always doing this from work? Could they be blocking something?

The only time I ever had a problem with the store is when I (stupidly) tried to purchase a booster pack during prime-time on the day of release. I tried again after midnight and had no problem.
Aside from what Bonehead mentions, are you outside the U.S.? NCSoft blocks entire countries by IP range.

Just tried again 24hrs lata still unable to get into the WWW store. Tried different ISPs and a proxy server, still down on the billing side. The NCSOFT store carries AION, Guild Wars, Lineage games also, thought there would be a post somewhere.

Our Store is up and running, must be a technical issue on your end.
I know that there isn't an urgency yet since Super Booster III hasn't been released yet, but it appears that me and my friend are the only two people having problems.

The problem is that once you buy something either via paypal or Visa, it won't go thru. I've seen it in the past, but usually there is a announcement. It's been erroring out for the past few days now.

Bad part is that you can't buy Booster packs from their retail partners, nor can you buy them via Character Select Screen.
Ok. I believe this is a fairly isolated issue and unfortunately, you are in the affected area.
I just purchased the Mac In-Game Items pack and applied it to my account with no problems.
I'd recommend filing a support ticket or calling their support number (limited hours if I remember correctly) so that they can try to resolve the problems you are having.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Log into the support system and update the ticket asking that it be escalated to a Senior GM since the response you got had nothing to do with the problems you are having.
My experience with calling them? You get the Senior GM's.

It seems like anytime I try to use NCSOFT's store to add a perk, it's never up and no indication on the boards that it's down. Am I alone? Is it that there is a certain time that it shuts down? Are they on a 9-5 schedule? Frustrated.
