They are suppossed to have a chance to drop from player kills only (you kill another player and have a chance at a pvp recipe drop). Unfortunately all pvp rewards stopped dropping when issue15 was released. There is no eta on a bug fix yet.
only way to get them now is at BM/WW...
you could get them from any player kill in pvp. However people were farming their alts in pvp zones or setting up recipe farms in the arena so the devs conveniently stopped them from dropping under the guise of a "bug". When they figure out how to stop people from farming them, then they'll magically fix the "bug".

i wouldn't be suprised if they just dropped off the map completely because they where made as a means to try and appease the pvp croud but then the devs remembered they hate pvpers so they took them out of the game when people set up farms to actually get htem since hte drop rate is so pathetic its the only way to get them. i like what Reiraku had suggested, double the drop rate and increase the downtime for the drops to 20 minutes.
honestly i always thought the best means of distributing these recipes would be just use bounty to pruchase the recipes.
yah but only sirens call uses bounty to my knowlage. the other two zones dont.

What is funny is that the DEVS gave us MA, during the whole damn planing process not one of the them said hey wait people will use this to farm, or if you add this lvl minion it will auto SK people to 46, or if you add this and that it will add more mobs then intended.

Hey lets give a reward for killing other players, you mean the cheap DEVS don't have access to 2 accounts to realize that you can farm your 2nd account in PVP areas.
i think before they give something to us, the first thing they should ask themselves is "CAN THIS BE FARMED" if so dont add it. If you DO add it dont take it away. Jesus Christ already they cant be that stupid can they?

i suggest you all chime in on the training room section on the patch notes about the changes to pvp drops before the devs eff all the non freedom servers for lack of population.
I'm not a PvP person but I like alot of the PvP recipe buffs. I was curious where they drop from? Say... lvl50 Gladiator's Javelin, can you get it running missions in Bloody Bay (mission end drops at your level)? or are they only from PvP battles in RV? Thanks,
