Well, you can't share inspirations and trade items between each other, doubt xp could.
No, Hero/Villain Level Pacts are not possible.
(Although, with all of the bugs popping up, it would be funny if this did work and slipped throughthe cracks.)

You have to add your leveling pact partner to your friends list. AFAIK, you can't friend the opposite side, so no.
Not quite. It will automatically add the person you're pacted with to the "Server" tab of friends, but you don't have to add them yourself.

Can a hero and villain enter a leveling pact? The information on it doesn't say they -can't-, and I should assume they cannot due to the fact that (outside of RWZ etc) a hero and villain aren't able to xp together. Anyone know?
