On my BS/Regen i took the same pools as you + flight and picked up hover, although only for concept, it allowed me to throw another LotG +Recharge in the build, but I think you will be fine with whatever you choose. I can't talk from experience though about being able to see stalkers with FA + Tactics.
You won't be seeing them with just those 2

He would be able to slot 2 lotg of he's picking phase .. One in invis and one in stealth ..
At the perception cap, everything (other than veats) can only see stalkers within 10 feet.
I'd personally drop Fitness pool and add Concealment and Leadership. (covering end rec with QR and set bonuses.)

Hey Roman. On mine, I went with concealment. It's the only way to get away from a large gank, even as a scrapper.
with FA, tactics and an percep IO, slotted in BU or FA, you could see stalkers within 10 feet (melee range) all the time. Your regen, which means if u think ur going to die, you can hit dull pain, then heal or even MoG. Basically, unless u want to go stalker hunting, you can survive stalkers easily. Also, having a stalker, my favourite is to kill a hero that can see me. So it's not an instant win or mean ur going to live. But it is helpful.

PvP Redux is discontinued, for obvious reasons. Thanks to everyone who helped and joined.
I ended up choosing Concealment. It's been working out great so far in RV. I have Phase available for Siren's Call as well. I somehow managed to fit it in there heh.
Now, I just need to focus on getting my Set IO's.
I did have one more question though.
I also play a fair amount of time in WB so I was wondering if I should probably buy lvl 38-41 IO Set's so the bonuses they offer would function in WB as well.
Yesterday, I bought 2 full crushing impact sets for Hack and Disembowel, but they are lvl 50.
I'm not sure if it's worth it to rebuy lvl 38-41 Crushing Impact sets so they would give me those bonuses while PvP'ing in WB. I mean, most of the time I am in RV but I also do play in WB on occasion... it's a tough call heh.

=/ Regen can never see stealth capped stalkers by its own. =x no matter how close it is =(
/DA, /SR, and /WP can =P for scrappers.

Anyways, I had a question about PvP. I know how to make my build for the most part but I'm stuck on my fourth power pool.
I have Leaping, Fitness, Speed, and I'm trying to decide on the fourth.
I originally wanted to take Concealment for Phase in RV, and just have FA for accuracy bonuses and perception.
On the other hand, I thought about Leadership. I would take assault for the 10% damage bonus and tactics, along with FA too, to see stalkers probably? I don't think I'd be able to see a stalker with Hide, Stealth, and Stealth IO anyways with tactics and FA but that's why I'm asking the pro's.
Any comments and opinions are welcome!
