Outside of ONE lucky shot through my defense that stunned me and allowed me to be killed, my HP never got below 80% (and most of the time stayed fully at 100%).
During the second fight, when he unleashed the AVs, I basically kicked everyone else off to go take care of the AV and stayed on Reichsy. No problems.
Now the downside.
