So, haven't seem many BA tankers since I returned to the game...

Do you guys feel weak when facing a lethal resistant mob? I'm used to squishies and the only 'strong' toon I have is elec melee (brute) so I haven't played with lethal before (well I have a 30 claws/SR but scrappers kill fast so I haven't noticed anything so far).

Here goes the planned build (making the toon atm), let me know if you have anything to add. Thanks in advance.

Yes!

Lethal resistant mobs make me feel like I'm level 14 again, running out of endurance by the time I defeat a spawn.

I can't comment on your build. I never really got into all the IO Set bonuses, though I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice here.

Edit - Forgot to mention, I have a level 39 Invuln/BA tanker, which is what I'm basing my experience on.

I'm used to it. My main is BS/regen. It's really only annoying when I'm exemped down for something like the Synapse TF. I'm gimped to start with AND facing enemies with lethal resist.

I have a shield/BA tank at level 41 and have been very happy with him so far.

Well, the build looks fine, just more focused on damage than mine. I have a lvl 50 invuln and those powers look good. From BA, I only took 5 powers (Beheader, Gash, Taunt, Whirling Axe and Cleave). I'd say you've got all the key powers in both sets and the slotting looks good, too.

I took Tough but not Weave on my invuln, and I didn't slot for defense (I have 300% regen). My shield tank has both Tough and Weave and IO sets for defense. Overall, looking at the build, I'm guessing you're looking for a high degree of versatility, rather than specializing for specific tasks.

I'm focusing on regen (314%), softcap to SLEN and some recharge though I wish I had more rech.Thanks for the comment.

I'd also recommend moving the Kismet +Acc from Combat Jumping to Tough Hide. You probably use CJ most of the time anyway, but with the Kismet slotted in TH it'll be 'on' all the time, whether you have CJ running or not.

Nope, in a toggle it's on when the toggle is on, plus 120 seconds. (Same as the stealth IOs) If you want it on all the time, it's best to put it in a passive.

My Willpower/Axe is a blast, and having Quick Recover + Stamina is a relief.

My only tip on your build is that you're not very likely to be able to find all those Kinetic Combats for sale at WW (some of them are almost never available), so you'll have to buy them with merits or tickets. Be ready for LOTS of farming and Task Forces to get them. Switch to Smashing Haymaker if you want something more readily available.

Yeah I"ll go with Smashing Haymaker on my trip to 50, then I'll do only AE farms to get tickets and money.

BTW Invul is a beast! Mine's at 28 with generic IOs... and she was tanking lvl 52 boss farms like a champ, the 40-50 ppl on the team even asked how I could be so invincible at level 25ish... I'm enjoying invul so much, my next project is a fire/invul scrapper for AV soloing and such.
