Radiation Infection and Procs
On activation and every ten seconds thereafter, and it can affect every enemy in range of the debuff, not just the anchor.
With the Neg energy dmg, the chance to -Resistance proc, plus the inherant awesomeness that is RI, I now affectionately call this power my F.U. toggle. XD

How would slotting a Touch of Lady Grey: Chance for Negitive Energy damage work with Radiation Infection?
Does it only check at the initial activation or does it check every few seconds?
I'm assuming it only works on the anchor not the other infected mobs.

be carefull if you want to do things like STF or you RI, EF things that are a sleep.
STF it would cause LR to summon Banes if you use it on him for the -to hit and anti summon toggle
Sleep , well it would wake them up
I put and Achilles Heel in mine at level 15 and have loved it ever since! I regularly see the red shields on multiple mobs when they are in the AoE and it really helps when stacked with EF.

Can you explain this?
I believe STF = Statesman Task Force and LR = Lord Recluse.
Its also a very small increase in damage. 71.2 HP every 50 seconds on average is, if you do the math, less than 1.5 DPS.
Its something I would do if I had no other place to put those slots. In most builds though, its just not worth it.

If you were only effecting one target with RI...

Yeah I got that part. I was thinking more of the anti summoning toggle.
