Usually Mondays & Sundays there will be Raids.
Mondays around 5pm Pac, Sundays Im not 100% positive when.

I'm guessing you mean a Mothership Raid? The shields come down to get the badge during raids, not the LGTF.
I know Posthaste of the Cape Radio will be running them during his show on Sunday, starting at 6 pm Eastern. He'll keep running them until his show ends at 9 pm.
They are often raids on Mondays, although I can't give any time for that besides late afternoon/evening. Otherwise they occur whenever someone gets the urge to start one and enough cannon fodder to follow them.
If you aren't a member already I'd suggest joining VU2009, there are almost always several announcements in that channel whenever a raid is being formed.

Check with Mega Blaster Girl. She does an awesome job running Mothership raids. We just did one last night after midnight Pacific time.
Mothership raids can happen spontaneously (if you know your way across the global channels) or on teh days everyone else specified.
If you meant he Lady Grey TF, start one.

With a decent team, you can drop the pylons and bring the sheilds down. Then have a teleporter or invis person jump into the center.
