Click on Powers above your powers tray, then at the top of that window, there's another option to see the real numbers. (I can't remember what the exact wording is, but it's a submenu option at the top of your powers window.)

It's called Combat Attributes. It's a button on the Powers window. No clue if there is a command to activate it.
And after you have that big window open, you can right mouse click on individual attributes and then select 'monitor' (don't recall exact wording), and they ones you select will appear in a small window. Remember, right mouse button is your friend!

In addition to this, any unit you inspect the combat attributes for then become the target of those stats. I find it nifty to examine my bots resistances for slotting forcefields etc. Then once I clear the target they go back to my stats.
