Dumb question, Can't use the cosmetic surgeon?

That's not a feature of the new issue. It's part of the ten-dollar science booster that's being released soon (but not today).
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
The body change thing is supposed to be part of the next booster. Which isn't out yet.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
You can also change your body type if you've bought the Super Booster III: Science pack, which hasn't been released yet.

My bad, I thought it was an inherent part of the issue. My apologies!
Anyone else able to actually change their body type on live servers? I'm trying to make my scrapper huge and the cosmetic surgeons are all "derp" and I don't see that option to change body type anywhere. and I've been to the steel canyon one and the founder's falls one.
