I don't think there is one specifically for that purpose. Your server forum will likely have a listing of those used by players on your server, though.

None are RESTRICTED by server, but they are often themed by server. And the list is Here

It's not restricted, per say.
It's more that Server-centric globals (Justice for All, LBx) are more for their particular server (Justice, Liberty). Now Base Builders, Inc is more for a particular group of players and is more cross-server. And heaven forbid the myriad of SG-related channels....
