Task Forces

Just a quick question about TF's. I know there is a set of very cool looking Roman armor that you get from doing the ITF. Not sure what the I stands for though, but I heard it's in Steel Canyon (the quest that unlocks the TF) and it's at lvl 35.

My question is - once I do that, can I have that armor as an option for new alts or is it only for the character that did the TF ?

It would suck if it was just for that one character, cuz what's the chance of you having a lvl 35 character that would FIT in Roman armor unless you plan it from the start ?

Each character has to unlock costume parts separately, unless they are veteran rewards, or a purchased pack, neither of which the Roman gear is.

it only works for the toon that did the itf(imperious task force).

ITF = Imperious Task Force, given out by Imperious. Located in Cimerora, which you can get to via the Midnighter Club.

The armor is a per-character reward, just like the Cabal hat for the Katie Hannon Task Force in Croatoa.

[/ QUOTE ]You don't have to use the full outfit. I have several characters too low that'd make great use out of it, as well as a few that have done the ITF that use it quite well (that were made LONG before the ITF was created).

A couple of corrections about what you have gleaned about getting the Roman armor.

The way to get the Imperious Task Force (that's what the "I" stands for) is to go to Cimerora. That co-op zone is accessed through the Midnighters Club. In order to get into the Midnighters Club heroside - talk to Montague Castanella in the University Library and do his arcs.

Cimerora is open to characters level 35 and above who have access to the Midnighters Club. There is also other content to do there including story arcs for both blue & red and repeatable content from a contact.

The Midnighters Club arcs are accessible to characters at level 10, even though you can't get to Cimerora until level 35.

The MINIMUM level to participate on the Imperious Task Force is level 35.

The enemies in the task force set themselves on highest level team member.

So, you may gather a level 35-37 team to do it, and the enemies will be based on level 37.

Whereas if any member is level 50, then all the enemies will be based off level 50.

The Imperious Task Force is pretty popular, as mixed hero-villain teams can participate, those level 35-49 can get xp on it, and it tends to be a near continuous slugfest.
