Custom Critters and snipe powers
I'd like to know this too but I'm afraid I don't.
Let us know if you try it and find out one way or the other.
Currently, Snipe powers aren't available. I'm always hopeful that it will under a Sniper-class critter to be added later... I'd love to have a Stealth-sniper Ninja use an Archery snipe.

They are available in the assault sets, actually.
Of course, there's no Archery Assault powerset, so...
It's weird, because last I checked, they're required from the assault sets at LT level or something. AE mobs seem to abuse them, so I'd actually like the ability to take them away.

Yes, they are available in the Assault sets. Energy Assault doesn't require the snipe (I don't think) but I would like to add it to a custom critter in i15, but only if it's interruptible.

Do custom critters follow player rules for snipe powers (interruptable, has to have line of sight at the beginning and end of the activation time) or NPC rules (once they activate it, you're going to get hit)?
