Level 30-35 science enhancements

Might I suggest making http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page your homepage, or at least a big neon link/bookmark that you can go to. All of the questions you've asked over the past few days can be found there fairly easily.

I've recently started buying enhancements with MA tickets. Even with the new cap, tickets are pretty easy to earn. And redeeming them for enhancements is much easier than traveling to the zone with exactly the right store for your character.
Also, I get to save up my INF for the common IOs I plan on getting around Lvl 35.

Opening the stores is a good way to learn about the zones and easy way to get the mobs you need for the aura mission.
Good point, I do try to focus on content with my mains, but for my rarely played alts, I rather the convenience of the AE building.
But, can you clarify the second thing...about the mobs and the aura? I've earned an aura, which required me to kill some number of specific baddies. But, that was Icon, not an enhancement store.
Try Brickstown or Founders Falls. Open your map and it will tell you where the store, contact is.

When you get the Aura missions, you have to kill mobs for the stuff you need. It's easy to get the mobs for the list by opening the stores that selling the lvl of enhancements you are talking about. Short missions and boom, you got most of your hunt missions out of the way.

And when you hit 35, use the store in the Rikti War Zone for the best buy-backs and for having all the SOs you need from level 35-50.
