Turns out it's working fine, just Test Rat's been banned from Test!

I copied a toon over from Virtue about 2 hours ago (a bit less, actually). Worked great.
I am having trouble now 5pm eastern 6-27. I tryed about 5 different ones and none are showing up on test.
Yea, same here. Its been over an hour and a half.
I've been trying to copy my troller to test since yesterday without success. 6/27-6/28

Tried not long ago to copy over one or two; tried a couple times but they never show up ever though I could log in.
Weekends are bad times to expect the copy tool to get fixed.
