Great guide! I'll take a look at your builds once I get to my computer. I'm currently using soul mastery and darkest night definitely helps a ton. And once they fix the rage crash bug it will help that much more for the defense loss.
Is it possible to soft-cap damage on ss/sd and what would that take?

No.
I'd love to roll an SS/SD but if they change Rage to have the -20% defense penalty, that's gonna hurt.

well you know when it crashed.. So eat a purple shield. Or do what I do, use darkest night.
One other quick point about rage and ss/sd... I'm killing things so quick I don't even need rage with all the red inspirations I earn. The ss/sd guide shows a great way to combine inspirations into reds.
