You have to actually go talk to Arbiter Rein in Grandville and choose a Patron. It's not automatic like Hero side.
To gain access you must do one of the Patron's Arcs first. First, find Arbiter Rein in Grandville. He'll lead you to a Patron.

Wow,...I had no idea. So, the fact that I'm about to turn level 50 probably means I'm pretty much screwed since it looks like I should have picked this in my early 40's. If one respec'd could this work in doing this or can this be done through Ouroboros back in time mish'es since it looks like I missed that contact?

You can pick the contacts up at any time, but the missions cannot be done through Ouroboros.
And yes, a respec will fix you right up AFTER you finish the patron arc.
EDIT: Plus finishing the arc gives you a respec anyways.

I'd like to see Arbiter Rein, Facemaker and Gorgeous Glenda added to your contacts list, as well as a pop-up when these guys become available (that's level 20, 30, and 40). Likewise I'd like to see your cape mish get a pop up too, because it's easy to miss your level 1 contact going active again.

For SoA at least, your SoA contact refuses to let you do his next arc until you get a patron and do their first arc at 40.

Bots/Traps has FFG.
I would go BS for the Defense or Scirocco for the -KB immob.
So I got my Bots/Traps MM to level 49 the other night. I noticed that I was never offered any Epic Power Sets for my Toon. Based on what Paragonwiki states, that MM's have available to them Patron Power Pools which include Leviathan Mastery, Mace Mastery, Mu Mastery and Soul Mastery. Did I miss something for my Bots/Traps on my build or are there some MM's that don't get these because of other inherent powers that they may have?
