I'm lvl 10, can't get it either way, can I? Even if I ex down? No biggies tho, lvl 14 is only 4 lvls away
I think you can if ex'd down..you get it for the FIRST time you do the ap safeguard.

Yes you can get it as long as the person with the mission is level 5-10. You don't even have to ex down. Also you have a 50-50 chance of getting it on your own at level 10 in a safeguard. Also you can get the jump pack with is also very nice.

In playing my new DA/SM tanker, as per RadDidIt's suggestion, and went into Perez for a Kill 10 Hellions mission. I don't think I've been into Perez since CoV was released.
heh Perez used to scare me when I first started playing the game. I went in there to do a mish once, and didn't go back until I had to do my cape mish at lvl 20.
