Travel Power Question
OK, so I found out that with 6 slots of SO's hover pretty much as fast as an unslotted fly. So if you were to slot Swift and Hover with some IO's, what kind of speed could you get out of it? Would it be comaparible to fly, or would slotting both of those up be a waste since you could use some end redux with flight?

well.
Hover is not really a travel power, and slotting Swift past the base slot is really not worth it, simply because the bonus is so small (you actually get more of a speed increase 6 slotting hover for fly speed than 3 slotting hover and 3 slotting swift)
that being said, if you are purely trying to save the power slot, you can easily take hover and skip fly and use the raptor pack temp power to get you around, since you can continually buy them. Hover is absolutely viable for in-mission use, and since the I14 buff, it really doesn't strictly need more than the default slot for this purpose, I still kind of like to slot it if I have the available slots, since you can easily get about sprint speed.

Keep in mind that many people find Fly, fully slotted and at its cap, to still be too slow. Yes, you could cross a zone with it, but you'll probably wish you sprung for Fly just as a Quality of Life power.

Is it possible to slot up "Hover" with an IO so you can actually use it as a travel power instead of fly for endurance purposes ( I realise you can do that already without an IO, but it is painfully slow). If so, what kinds of speed could you get out of it?
