can't find the yellow line in kings row *DELETED*
It's there. Is it possible you read your map incorrectly or had something else flagged as a waypoint and followed that instead? There's really no trick to it - it's not terribly hard to find. I'm baffled.

i just go to the yellow line point on the map, but i don't see any station there
The Yellow Line is a train/tram/monorail. The Yellow Line is marked on the map as a white circle with a blue T on it.

Are you sure that the waypoint isn't leading you to the detectives in the Zone? Because whenever you enter a zone for the first time, it switches to them.
Open your map, and read it carefully - make sure you have the ZONE map open, not the CITY version - and use it to make a waypoint.
Where did you *enter* the zone? Through which other zone?

Do you have the map up? It will be the only Blue T on the kings row map. Loc ( /LOC) is -15969.9-10.0 765.2. if all else fails.
And welcome to the city =)
What part of the map are you on?

Perez Park is a red dot on the side of the map for Atlas Park, Galaxy City, Skyway City, and Steel Canyon.

Perez Park is a hazard zone. Hazard zones can't be reached via trams, so you can't take the Yellow Line to get there. Instead, you must enter through a Hazard Gate from a zone which borders the one you want to enter.
You can get to Perez Park from Atlas Park, Galaxy City, Steel Canyon or Skyway City. Once you are in one of these four zones, look at your map and find a red dot marking a Hazard Gate. Some zones have more than one Hazard Gate, so be sure to get the right one (for example, Atlas Park has Hazard Gates to Perez Park and to The Hollows).

Perez Park doesn't have any train lines that connect it to other zones. The ways to get there are from Atlas Park, Galaxy City, Skyway City, or Steel Canyon. You'll see a little marker on the edge of those maps labeled Perez Park. When you get to the entrance it'll be guarded. Click on one of the guards to enter. You must be level 7 or higher to enter.
The center area is kind of a huge maze of densely overgrown forest. It can be difficult to find your way out the first time or two you enter there, so if you can, stay out of the woods if you're close to the minimum level.

To see a layout of the city, and all the zones and connections between them, open your map and select the "City" tab. That should help you navigate from zone to zone; to see which train lines go to which zones and which gates lead to the hazard zones.
