MA tickets only unlock them for use on custom enemies in the MA.
If you want to unlock them for your own characters you have to complete the Imperious Task Force.
1. Image tags don't work on these boards.
2. The helm on the far right is Daedelus' signature helm, and like his current time period's counterpart, Positron, the helm is not available to players.

Yeah, players don't get that helmet. We also don't get the modified Gladiator Shoulders or the Imperius Cape Mantle shown in that picture, though I sure wish we did.
