I think you are giving up too much defense for this damage route, but that is just me. If you plan to go with this I would recommend dropping Combat Training:Offensive since you do not need the accuracy bonus with TT:Leadership. I'd suggest looking into the pool power Assault to stack with the Bane version, and I would move at least one slot to either Build up/TT: Leadership to complete the Gaussian's set. 15% damage, and the Gaussian's chance for Build up would serve you better than another source of +accuracy.

This is all that matters. Looks like a nice build 30% damage is nice it you were going for damage though I would find away to get the power pool maneuvers in there for another 15%

I would also take Crowd Control a lot earlier, same for Poisonous Ray if it's your only ranged attack; it's very handy for finishing off runners.

Yeah didn't see that but yeah, you definitely want to get CC at 32 as for poisonous ray well there are a couple more things but I will look it over in more detail after I get off.

alrighty...hes already 41 and has CC and CR...i pushed back TT:L and SJ (i just use the GV jetpack). i like the idea of getting rid of CC:O for maneuvers or assault (dont know which yet). the extra 5% def could help a lot with survivability since ill have 45% dmg from TT:A and set bonuses. i dont plan on doing anything sk'd down so im not too worried about taking them earlier.
If you plan on grouping a lot you might get away fine without maneuvers, and assault would be really nice. If you plan to solo just 5% more defense will be rather meaningless as you aren't anywhere near capping defenses.
just 5% off softcap for melee and aoe lol...i already have the cytos...but im really debating assault as well

Assault is pretty nice. It with TT:Assault give you 30% more damage, on top of whatever other damage bonuses you got. Stack it with Build Up, VG and Survilence, and you can do some nice damage. Of course it takes 10 years to animate all that, but I use it all the time.
I wanted to go for DMG with this guy...i think i got some other cool side effects...hes 41 right now and i was wondering if anyone had some input about this...minus bane=fail stuff cuz i love this guy
